To order goods from RedUmbrella you need to register as a customer. To do so, click on the
Register option from the Navigation menu, or from the Login page. We will ask for various details about yourself.
How do I change my account details?
You can at any time amend any of your details simply by clicking the MyDetails option on the Navigation Menu. Please remember to
Login to see this option. You will then be given various options to choose from. Click on the appropriate option, the current details will be displayed. All you need to do is make the changes as required and click on the Update button.
What do I do if I cannot remember my password?
Don't panic! If you cannot remember your password, click on the Forgotten Your Password on the Login page, enter your registered email address, and the password will be emailed to you.
Can I review my orders with RedUmbrella?
Of course. simply by clicking the MyDetails option on the Navigation Menuvia login. Then Just go click on
My Previous Orders, we can then give you a complete order history.
